⑵refer …to 中的refer 主要有两种意思：
①“把…… 提交给……”，to 后接组织、团体名词；“把……归功于”，相当于owe …to . 如：The invention of a gunpowder is referred to China. 火药的发明归功于中国.
②“让找…… 处理”、“让……找（查）”. 如：Our teacher refers us to many good books. 老师让我们参考许多好书.
